Nice location and beautiful garden, and pool. Breakfast is included and has lots of tasty choices. We loved the reception and excellent service from Alejandro and his staff. We had one of the balcony rooms overlooking the garden. The street out front is quite busy, so make sure that you don't get a room overlooking the front street.

We visited in early November and absolutely loved our stay here. It's a beautiful hotel with clean and comfortable rooms, great water pressure and plenty of hot water. It's centrally located and we walked all over but the hotel was surprisingly quiet at night and getting a great restful nights sleep. The staff was amazing and so helpful during our stay. When we travel back to Cuernavaca, we'll definitely return.

Located next to the center, I was lucky to find this perfect hotel without recommendation. The rooms are large, well decorated, comfortable and very fairly priced. The breakfast patio and garden are pretty and the staff very nice. I will be back. I would only make two suggestions: a continental option for breakfast and a frigobar in the rooms to store food items bought at the market.

Great location for a few days to see the sights of Cuernavaca. Lovely big and airy rooms, ours with a large balcony. The pool is perfect at the end of a hot day.

This is such a wonderful place. Like walking into a palace garden from the busy streets of Cuernavaca. The staff is gracious and the rooms are spacious and clean. Each rooms we stayed in has a unique architectural style and art. I will definitely come back to this place again and recommend it to my family and friends.

Wonderful experience overall! The staff was very polite specially the manager Alejandro Zavaeleta very helpful with our request! The pool was devine. The rooms were spotless. Their restaurant on site is delicious which includes free breakfast as well as live music on Friday nights. I will definitely be staying here again!

This is the perfect location for your stay in Cuernavaca, the location is central and walking distance to all of the historic sites of the city. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The service from Alejandro was excellent, he went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay and organized a safe taxi service to CDMX. I would highly recommend this place and Alejandro.

The place was great downtown near a great little shopping.Area and very near several churches built by cortez in the fifteen hundreds. The streets are very confusing to drive on in mexico.So I would not suggest driving.I would suggest you using an uber. Right around the corner from it was a sandborns.I have only known sandborns to be a travel.Agency, I did not know they had stores.It was very interesting to go into the sandborn store that also had a restaurant in it.And served candy at a counter that contained tons of homemade candy.
